Prof. Guido Araújo from the Computer Science Institute of the University of Campinas was nominated adjunct professor at the University of Alberta, Canadá. Prof. Araújo has been developing advanced research in code parallelism in collaboration with researchers of the UA, one of the most prestigious universities of Canada. Important results have been obtained from this collaboration, and Guido was invited to join the Faculty of Sciences of the UA within the Department of Computer Sciences.
