PGA: a Polyploid Gene Assembler

PGA was developed using PERL scripts for running in Linux system and integrates various software for read mapping, de novo assembling and scaffolding. PGA works with DNA reads and focuses on assembly gene regions, including exons, introns and promoters. PGA can be used mainly for plants, but can be applied to any organism that has a closely related species with sequenced genome.
